Position summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will be the voice of Catharsis as we continue to trailblaze into the corporate market. After coming off a 2019 filled with excitement around hitting the corporate marketplace with our Trainings on Sexual Harassment, Racial Bias, and Social Cultural Awareness, our 2020 looks bright. With over 400 organizations and/or their representatives watching our unique approach to addressing hard topics, the critics have spoken, we need a sales evangelist to spread our work in the workplace. This opportunity needs an outgoing believer of safe spaces ready to take our programming to new heights.

Tasks:
• Build and maintain a network and sources from which to identify new sales leads
• In collaboration with leads and customers, identify their needs and offer the right services to get the best outcome to create positive change
• Demonstrate to leads and customers Catharsis’ unique approach and lasting benefits of implementing our ongoing services
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
• Keep in touch with existing and previous customers on a regular base, making them aware of new services and enhancements that may be of interest
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
• Provide periodic sales forecasts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:
• CRM experience- preferably Salesforce
• Ability to listen and help develop client solutions
• Enjoys looking for new opportunities
• Comfortable with anchoring and closing clients
• Great Team Player
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Experience and Education:
• Has had 5+ years of experience selling B2B
• Understands and believes in the value of training and development for team members
• Has had demonstrated success within a corporate selling environment
• Has sold corporate services
